Policy
Application Terms
Effective at opening. This policy takes effect when applications open, and may be revised before then. It has no effective date yet.
Applications are not open, and no fee can currently be paid.
1. The free gate and the paid review
Checking apparent eligibility and application completeness is free. No fee can be charged before an application passes that free gate. The paid part is the review itself: identity proofing and substantive human verification of the submitted licensure, identity, and resume information against official sources.
2. The application fee
The application processing fee is $99.99, charged once per application. It pays for review of the application. It is not a membership payment and creates no subscription. The following two statements appear next to checkout and govern the fee:
$99.99 one-time application processing fee. This is not a membership payment. Approval is not guaranteed. The fee becomes nonrefundable when human review begins, except for duplicate charges, technical errors, our inability to perform the review, or where law requires otherwise.
Human review begins when an assigned reviewer records the first substantive identity, official-source, or resume-consistency verification action. Queue assignment, automated checks, opening the record, and technical file inspection do not start human review. Your status page will show the timestamp.
Refund rules, including every case in which the fee is refunded in full, are in the Refund Policy.
3. Approval is not guaranteed
Paying the fee buys a review, not an outcome. Applications are decided by human reviewers against published eligibility criteria; the Standards page describes what is checked. An application that does not meet the criteria is not approved, and non-approval does not by itself entitle the applicant to a refund once documented human review has begun.
4. What approval does - and does not - do
- Approval reserves the approved address for 14 days.
- Approval creates no subscription and no recurring charge. Activating membership is optional and happens later, through a separate checkout at $199.99 per month plus applicable tax, with its own separate consent.
- If the reservation expires unused, the applicant may request one approval refresh, at no additional fee, within 30 days of the approval's expiry.
5. Reconsideration
An applicant who is not approved may request one reconsideration, at no additional fee, within 30 days of the decision - for example to correct a factual error or supply a missing detail. Reconsideration reviews the same application; it is not a new application.
6. Truthful information
By submitting an application, the applicant attests that everything submitted - identity details, jurisdiction and license information, the resume, and all answers - is true, accurate, and complete. Material misrepresentation or omission is grounds for rejection of the application and, if discovered later, for termination of membership.
7. Verification consent
Submitting an application authorizes Admitted to verify the applicant's identity and the submitted licensure information against official public sources, such as the regulator's published roll for the claimed jurisdiction, and to check the resume for consistency with those sources. Admitted will not contact regulators, employers, or educational institutions beyond public official sources without the applicant's separate, explicit consent. How application data is handled, retained, and deleted is described in the Privacy Notice.
