Apply

Applications are not yet open.

There is nothing to submit and nothing to pay today. No application can be started, no fee can be charged, and no waitlist is collected. Everything below takes effect when applications open.

Eligibility checklist.

Every applicant must be able to attest that:

  • They are a natural person applying for themselves - not an organization, and not on someone else's behalf.
  • They are currently active and authorized to practice law in at least one supported U.S. jurisdiction.
  • They can provide a license or registration number whose official public record can be located.
  • They will disclose every current and former bar or court admission and its current status.
  • They can provide and verify an external recovery email that is not an @admitted.law address.
  • They accept that the address is personal, nontransferable, and cannot imply a common firm or an authority they do not hold.

Supported jurisdictions.

No jurisdiction is currently supported. A jurisdiction is listed only after counsel approval and a reliable official verification procedure exist for it. The rule and the list live on the Standards page.

What the application asks for.

The complete data and document list:

  • Legal name exactly as held by the regulator, and a preferred professional display name.
  • An external recovery email, verified, plus a second approved recovery factor.
  • Jurisdiction, the regulator's official name, the license or registration number, the exact self-reported status, and the public record URL if known.
  • An attestation of every current and former bar or court admission and its current status, including inactive, retired, suspended, resigned, or disbarred status.
  • Current role or employer - optional for genuinely independent practitioners - and consent to verify official regulator, employer, and education information. No client or matter information is requested.
  • One resume, PDF only, maximum 3.5 MB, uploaded to private storage and scanned before any reviewer opens it. The size cap matches the malware scanner's limit so no file can ever skip scanning.
  • Three ranked address preferences. Availability is never guaranteed.
  • Agreement to the application terms, privacy notice, verification consent, nondiscrimination policy, and acceptable-use preview.

Redact the resume before uploading. Remove client names, matter facts, privileged material, Social Security numbers, dates of birth, home address, photographs, medical or family information, and anything not needed to verify work history. The resume is used only for identity and professional-history consistency review.

The fees, plainly stated.

Application review

$99.99 one time

A one-time application processing fee. Not recurring. Approval is not guaranteed.

The fee becomes nonrefundable when the assigned reviewer records the first substantive verification action on the application. Your status page will show that exact timestamp. Until then, the refund rules in the Refund Policy apply.

Approved membership

$199.99 per month

Charged only if approved, and only after a second, separate checkout that you start yourself. Approval never converts the application fee into a subscription. Automatically renews until canceled. Applicable tax may be added.

Applications are reviewed individually. No completion time is promised and no queue position is shown, because neither would be an honest number to publish.

Read before applying.

Every application begins with a free eligibility check - never with payment. If the check finds you ineligible, you are told why and nothing is charged.
